I give notice that Opes Industries (In Administration) Finmere Quarry, Banbury Road, Finmere, Oxfordshire, MK18 4AJ is applying to Oxfordshire County Council for the continuation of development without complying with conditions 1, 7, 8 and 29 of planning permission reference 13/00973/CM (non hazardous waste landfilling operations) to provide for the deposit of waste in the haul road area that cuts through Cell 6 as part of the capping works to Cells 3, 6 and 9, the tree planting on Cells 4, 5 and 8 by 31st March 2017 and for the restoration of Cells 1, 2, 3, 6 and 9 by 31st December 2017 at Finmere Quarry, Banbury Road, Finmere, Oxfordshire, MK18 4AJ.
