Notice is hereby given that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of BRYAN EMMISON late of 7 Sandholme Close, Giggleswick, Settle, who died on the 26 day of October 2016 and whose Will was proved in the Leeds District Probate Registry on the 5 day of January 2017 by CHRISTOPHER CHARLES JACKSON one of the Executors named in the said Will is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to the undersigned, the Solicitors for the said Executor on or before the 21 day of March 2017 after which date the Executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the said Deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which he shall then have had notice.
