PUBLIC NOTICE
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended)
(Footpaths DW-510, Droitwich &SA-532 Salwarpe)(Temporary Closure Order) 2017
The Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which is to close Footpaths DW-510, Droitwich & SA-532 Salwarpe for their entire lengths in Order to facilitate a new road and footpath. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: is via Footpath DW-503, Droitwich, U41424 Newland Road and C2086 Newland lane and vice versa.
The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 6 months commencing on 1 February 2017.
(C2146 Sneads Green to Cutnall Green, Elmley Lovett)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017
The Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order to close that part of C2146 Sneads Green to Cutnall Green, Elmley Lovett, from its junction with C2145 Crown Lane to Mount Pleasant on to its junction with C2143 New Road in order to facilitate carriageway patching works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: - C2145 Crown Lane to Mount Pleasant, C2145 Crown Lane to Elmley Lovett, C2030 Elmley Lane, A442 Droitwich Road, C2143 New Road and
vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days (within a 5 week period): Commencing: 13 February 2017.
(U21200 Dodford Road, Bournheath)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017
The Council have made an Order to close that part of U21200 Dodford Road,
Bournheath, from its junction with C2062 Doctors Hill to its junction with U21201 Fairfield Road in order to facilitate new gas supply works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: - C2062 Doctors Hill, U21201 Fairfield Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days: Commencing: 23 January 2017.
(C2166 Shut Mill Lane/Fieldhouse Lane, Romsley)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017
The Council have made an Order to close that part of C2166 Shut Mill Lane/ Fieldhouse Lane, Romsley, from its junction with Rumbow Lane to its junction with St Kenelms Road in order to facilitate carriageway resurfacing works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: - C2002 St Kenelms Road, B4551 Bromsgrove Road, C2037 Farley Lane, U20603 Winwood Heath Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days (within a 3 week period): Commencing: 18 January 2017.
(C2039 Frankley Hill Lane, Frankley)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 The Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order to close that part of C2039 Frankley Hill Lane, Frankley, from its junction with C2039 Egg Hill Lane to its junction with C2285 New Street in order to facilitate carriageway surfacing works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: - C2285 New Street (Worcestershire), C2285 New Street (Birmingham, Frogmill Road (Birmingham), Egghill Lane (Birmingham) C2039 Egghill
Lane (Worcestershire) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days (within a 3 week period): Commencing: 18 January 2017.
