Increasing the admission number of Brimble Hill Special Primary School
Notice is given in accordance with section 19(1) of the Education and Inspections Act 2006 that Swindon Borough Council intends to make a prescribed alteration to Brimble Hill Special Primary School, Swindon, Wiltshire, SN25 2NB from 01 September 2017.
The Local Authority is proposing to increase the admission number of Brimble Hill Special Primary School to 77 pupils. This notice seeks to increase the admission number from the current 70 status to 77 pupils, thereby enabling the school to offer an additional educational provision for 7 pupils.
The current capacity at Brimble Hill Special Primary School is for 70 pupils and the proposed expansion will increase this to 77 pupils. This will also allow flexibility for the school to admit up to 84 pupils within the 10% threshold if necessary. This additional capacity will be secured through utilizing the space within the existing school
