Notice is hereby given that James Millican has applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as COSTCUTTER 2/3 OLD CO OP BUILDINGS FRONT STREET BURNOPFIELD COUNTY DURHAM NE16 6LX. For the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following proposed licensable activities:-The sale by retail of alcohol (Off sales) Monday to Sunday inclusive 06.00 – 23.00 hours. A record of this application may be inspected at the Council’s offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.00 pm. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
