A684 'MOSS BRIDGE' WEST OF APPERSETT ORDER 2017 NO 38
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)
North Yorkshire County Council intends to make this Order which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in excess of 10mph and/or 30mph along an approximate distance of one mile of the A684 on each side of 'Moss Bridge' west of Appersett in the District of Richmondshire due to the use of a <Convoy> system of Temporary Traffic Management during Bridge Maintenance | works.
The maximum duration of the Order will be from 1st February 2017 until 31st July 2018 inclusive however it is envisaged that the restriction will only be in force for a number of short periods during this time the details of which will be advertised on site. The restriction will be put into effect by notices and signs.
