BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL

(CHAUCER ROAD, CROWTHORNE) [TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2017

Notice is hereby given that Bracknell Forest Borough Council intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order, in accordance with Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in any direction along Chaucer Road north­eastwards from its junction with Fielding Gardens. The purpose of this Order is to ensure public & workforce safety whilst works on a water mains are carried out.

The proposed Order will come into operation on the 30th January 2017 and although the Order will have a maximum duration of 6 months, it is currently programmed that the works requiring a road closure will be carried out between 30th January 2017 and 10th February 2017.

This Order shall only apply when the appropriate signs and markings are displayed in the road. Dated - 18th January 2017 Vincent Palickza
