NOTICE is given PURSUANT to the Trustee Act 1925 that all creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of the late Samuel Allen of Leighton Court Nursing Home, 112 Manor Road, Wallasey, CH45 7LX (formerly of 10 Knaresborough Road, Wallasey, CH44 2BG) who died on 3rd December 2015 and grant of probate to whose estate was granted on 10th May 2016 out of the District Probate Registry at Manchester to Alistair Ross Garner are required to send particulars in writing to the undersigned executor on or before 17th April 2017 after which date the Estate will be distributed having regard only to claims and interests of which he has had notice.
