NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Watford Borough Council, acting as agent for Hertfordshire County Council, in order to improve road safety and facilitate the passage of traffic, proposes to make the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce new restrictions in existing Controlled Parking Zones. The general effect of the order will be to split an existing parking bay into two to enable the introduction of waiting

restrictions outside a dropped kerb in Benskin Road and

the introduction of No waiting at Anytime restrictions in parts of Crown passage to prevent obstructive parking. Documents giving more detailed particulars of the proposals may be inspected during normal office hours Monday to Friday at the Customer Service Centre of Watford Borough Council, Town Hall, Watford, WD17 3EX from 13th January 2017, Alternatively, they can be viewed on the Council's website at
