THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
The Council intends to make The Buckinghamshire County Council (Bookerhill Road, High Wycombe in the Parish of Unknown) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2016 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Bookerhill Road from junction of A4010 New Road to the junction of Mentmore a distance of 317 metres. Alternative route: New Road, Bookerhill Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Transport for Buckinghamshire carry out remedial works commencing on 30 January 2017 between 0930 and 1530. The proposed Order will come into operation on 30th January 2017, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated: 13 January 2017
The Council intends to make The Buckinghamshire County Council (Broad Lane, Wooburn Common in the Parish ofWooburn CP) (Temporary Prohibition ofThrough Traffic) Order, 2016 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Broad Lane, Wooburn Common from junction of Harvest Hill. Alternative route: No diversion route is required. The closure is required whilst BT Openreach works take place commencing on 30 January 2017. The proposed Order will come into operation on 30th January 2017, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC LOCAL INQUIRY COMMONS ACT 2006
Notice is hereby given that an Inspector has been appointed by
Buckinghamshire County Council, the Registration Authority for the purpose ofthe above
Act, to make a recommendation to the Registration Authority with respect to:
An application made to the Registration Authority under section 15 of the Commons
Act 2006 by Mr M Pierce, 15 Meadow Close, Wycombe Marsh, High Wycombe HP11 1RG
for the inclusion in the Register of Town or Village Greens of the following land.
Land at Meadow Close, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire and will attend:
Wrights Meadow Centre, Wrights Meadow Road, High Wycombe HP11 1SQ on Wednesday
15 March 2017 at 10 am to hold a public local inquiry into the application.
The inquiry will begin on Wednesday 15 March 2017 (10 am to 5 pm) and will continue if
necessary on Thursday 16 March and Friday 17 March (10 am to 5 pm).
Provision has been made for an evening session on the first day of the inquiry, between
5pm to 6pm, to enable persons who cannot attend the public inquiry during working hours
to give evidence or make submissions to the Inspector.
Persons wishing to attend and give evidence at this evening session must present themselves at the Venue by 5pm or, if unable to attend until later in the session, should notify the Registration Authority in advance (no later than 4 pm on 10 March 2017) of their intention to attend, specifying an approximate time of arrival.
Copies of the Applicant's and Objector's documents submitted in relation to the inquiry will be available for inspection by any interested person from 17 February 2017 during normal office hours at County Hall, Aylesbury and High Wycombe Library. Further details as to the procedure at the inquiry are set out in directions made by the Inspector, which are also available for inspection by any interested person during normal office hours at County Hall, Aylesbury.

The Council intends to make The Buckinghamshire County Council (Plomer Green Lane, High Wycombe in the Parish ofDownley CP) (Temporary Prohibition ofThrough Traffic) Order, 2016 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Plomer Green Lane outside Ricordo. Alternative route: No diversion route is required. The closure is required whilst new water connection takes place commencing on 6 February 2017. The proposed Order will come into operation on 6 February 2017, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

Notice is hereby given that the Council proposes to make The Buckinghamshire County Council (A4155 Henley Road, Medmenham) (40mph Speed Limit) Order 201, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect ofthe Order will be to impose a 40 miles per hour speed restriction on the length of road specified in the Schedule below.
