Notice is hereby given that Susan Mary Button has applied in respect of 50, High Street, Wivenhoe, Colchester for a New Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for the sale of Alcohol between 07.00 and 20.00

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, £5000.
