I give notice that David Einig Contracting Ltd, Waste Material Recycling Site, New Wintles Farm, Eynsham, OX29 4EG is applying to Oxfordshire County Council for the Section 73 application to vary condition 10 of planning permission 16/02667/CM to allow for the throughput of material to be increased from 120,000 tonnes per annum to 170,000 tonnes per annum at New Wintles Farm, Road From A40 Roundabout Eynsham To College Farm Church Hanborough, Eynsham, Oxfordshire, OX29 4EG.
