TEMPORARY CLOSURE 3/188 MACES HILL DAGLINGWORTH COTSWOLD DISTRICT
Gloucestershire County Council intends to make an order to temporarily close under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) part of 3/188 Maces Hill from the junction with 400988 Crabtree Lane to Two Ways to the junction with 400897 Wains Road, a total distance of approximately 300 metres
The reason for the closure is for the installation of fibre optical cables, roads are too narrow for vehicles to pass safely
The road is expected to be closed on 30th January 2017 until 3rd February 2017 or until the works have been completed.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE AND NO PARKING AND NO WAITING ALONG 3/181 CASTLE STREET CIRENCESTER COTSWOLD DISTRICT
Gloucestershire CountyCouncil intends to make an order to temporarily close under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) part of 3/181 Castle Street from the junction with 3/181 Silver Street to the junction with 3/325 Market Place, a total distance of approximately 100 metres
The reason for the closure is for the regeneration of Cirencester Town Centre, Castle Street Phase
There will be no parking and no waiting throughout the duration of the works
The following Order shall be suspended throughout the duration of the works:-
"Gloucestershire County Council (One Way) (Castle Street Cirencester) Order 2016"
The road is expected to be closed on 30th January 2017 until
19th February 2017 or until the works have been completed

NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981 GLOUCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (PUBLIC BRIDLEWAY BNC 1) (PARISH OF NORTH CERNEY) DIVERSION ORDER 2016 On the 7th December 2016 the Gloucestershire County Council confirmed the above Order under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 and Section
53A(2) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981. The effect of the Order as confirmed is to divert a length of public bridleway as described in the Schedule. A copy of the Order as confirmed and plan annexed to the Order ("Order Plan") may be seen free of charge during normal office hours at Gloucestershire County Council, Shire Hall, Westgate Street, Gloucester, GL1 2TG, Cotswold District Council, Trinity Road, Cirencester Glos, GL7 1PX. Copies of the Order and Order Plan may be obtained free of charge (please quote reference BNC/1/MBT).The Order comes into force as from 12th January 2017 but if any person aggrieved by the Order wants to question its validity or that of any provision contained in it on the ground that any requirements of the Act, or of any regulations made under the Act has not been complied with in relation to the Order, he or she may, under paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 of the Act as applied by paragraph 5 of Schedule 6 to the Act, within six weeks from the date
on which notice is first published, apply to the High Court
