THE A303 TRUNK ROAD (PARKHOUSE JUNCTION) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2017
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Highways England Company Limited (a) has made an Order on the A303 trunk road at Parkhouse Junction near Shipton Bellinger in Wiltshireand Hampshire to allow survey and drainage works to be carried out in safety. The works are expected to take place over three nights (8.00pm to 6.00am) on or after 17 January 2017. The effect of the Order will be to close the eastbound A303 exit and entry slip roads at Parkhouse Junction with the A338.
During the exit slip road closuretraffic willbediverted via Thruxton Junction and the westbound exit slip road at Parkhouse Junction.
During the entry slip road closure traffic will be diverted via A338 Salisbury Road, A3026 Ludgershall Road. Tidworth Road, Andover Road and Weyhill Road. The closures (which will not apply to emergency service. traffic officer or works vehicles) and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs throughout the works. The Order will come into force on 15 January 2017 and have a maximum duration of 18 months.
