Notice is hereby given that on 15 December 2016 a Petition was presented to Sheriff at Glasgow Sheriff Court by Brian McCardle, craving the Court that W Burrell Homes Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at 9B Hillcrest, Carmunnock, Glasgow, G76 9DP (“the Company”) be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 20th December 2016 appointed all persons having interest to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Glasgow Sheriff Court, within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement; meantime appointed Gerard Patrick Crampsey, Insolvency Practitioner, Stirling Toner & Co, Kensington House, 227 Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow, G2 3EX to be provisional liquidator with the powers specified in Part II of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
