An action has been raised in Glasgow Sheriff Court by the Scottish Ministers, Civil Recovery Unit, c/o 25 Chambers Street, Edinburgh, EH1 1LA Pursuers calling as a Defender, Barry Renton whose last known address was at 216 High Street, Dalkeith, EH22 1AZ and whose present whereabouts are unknown. If the said Barry Renton wishes to defend the action he should immediately contact the Sheriff Clerk at the Sheriff Court House, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow from whom the service copy initial writ may be obtained. If he fails to do so decree may pass against him when the case calls in court on 17 February 2017 at 10am.
