Notice is hereby given that a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Hamilton Sheriff Court on 19 November 2016 by Peter McKay for the restoration to the Register of Companies of Durham Tube Limited having its registered office latterly at 40 Carron Place, Kelvin Industrial Estate, East Kilbride, Glasgow, G75 0YL (registered number SC038309) pursuant to Sections 1029 and 1031 of the Companies Act 2006; by deliverance dated 8 December 2016 the Sheriff at Hamilton appointed all persons interested if they intend to show cause why the petition should not be granted to lodge answers thereto with the Sheriff Clerk, Hamilton Sheriff Court, 4 Beckford Street, Hamilton, ML3 0BT within eight days after publication of this advertisement all of which notice is hereby given.
