THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

Notice is hereby given that Buckinghamshire County Council proposes to make THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (WYCOMBE DISTRICT) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2014 (AMENDMENT NO. 13) ORDER 201 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order is to introduce and amend waiting restrictions in certain lengths of road in High Wycombe. A copy of the Order and Plans showing the lengths of road affected, together with a copy of the Council's Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at County Hall, Aylesbury and during normal opening hours at High Wycombe Library. Further details are also available on the Council web site under current consultations. Objections to the proposal together with the grounds on which they are made must be sent in writing to Buckinghamshire County Council, County Hall, Walton Street, Aylesbury HP20 1UA by 27 January 2017 (marked for the attention of Trish Eastham, Legal Services, telephone no. 020 8416 8777 and email trish.eastham@harrow.gov.uk.
