Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: (a) The Street (Part), Yatesbury, Cherhill;

from its junction with The Lymers for a distance of approximately 50m in a northerly direction to enable Wessex Water to replace a communication pipe relay. Alternative route via The Street (unaffected length) -Back Lane - The Avenue - The Street (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 1 February 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required for three days. This Order will come into operation on 27 January 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required for one day between the hours of 08.00 and 18.00. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: (c) Dallas Road (Part), Chippenham; from its junction with A420 Marshfield Road for a distance of approximately 50m to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out kerb works. Alternative route (one way only): via A420 Marshfield Road - C366 Audley Road - Dallas Road, (unaffected length). This Order will come into operation on 9 January 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required 24 hours daily until 27 January 2017. Orders (a), (b) and (c) will have a maximum duration of 18 months. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: (d) Couch Lane, Devizes; from its junction with A361 New Park Street to its junction with Rotherstone to enable Wiltshire Council to provide ducting and electrical connection to new illuminated sign posts and to undertake carriageway resurfacing work. No alternative route is available; access will be maintained for residents and businesses. This Order which previously came into operation on 25 May 2016 will now recommence on 9 January 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required nightly between the hours of 18.00 and 06.00 for three nights. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated durations to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses, although delays are possible due to the nature of some of the works.
