I, Kay Elizabeth Harrison-Mann, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an application has been submitted to South Lakeland District Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in relation to Baha, Ash Street Bowness on Windermere LA23 3EB, a brief description of the nature of the proposed variation being as follows: To amend the plans accompanying the Premises Licence to incorporate proposed changes to the layout of the premises. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in connection with the application.
