TENDER FOR A DOMICILIARY CARE FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT
PERIOD: 1" MARCH 2017 - 29th FEBRUARY 2020 (with an option to extend by up to 24 months) Applications are invited from service providers wishing to tender for a Domiciliary Care Framework Agreement.
Pembrokeshire County Council will be conducting this procurement exercise electronically using the BravoSolution e-tendering portal. Dylai unrhyw berson sy'n dymuno gwrthwynebu cofrestru'r tir fel maes tref neu bentref anfon

Notice of an application for the registration of land as a Town or Village Green
To every reputed owner, lessee, tenant or occupier of any part of the land described below, and to all others whom it may concern.
Application has been made to the Registration Authority, Pembrokeshire County Council, County Hall, Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire, SA6I ITP by Mrs J Morgans, Bridleway, Slade Lane, Haverfordwest, SA6I 2HS under section I5(I) of the Commons Act 2006, and in
accordance with the Commons (Registration of Town or Village Greens) (Interim
Arrangements) (Wales) Regulations 2007 ("the 2007 Regulations"). The application seeks the inclusion in the register of town and village greens of the land described in the schedule below, which is claimed to have qualified for registration as a town or village green on the
I 2 July 20I6, under and by virtue of its continuous use'as of right'for recreational purposes
by the inhabitants of the former parish of St Martins, Haverfordwest for 20 years or more, which use continues, as at the date of application.
The application, which includes a plan of the land proposed for registration, may be inspected at
the offices of Pembrokeshire County Council, County Hall, Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire between the hours of 9am and 5pm from Monday to Friday each week day (public holidays
excepted). Copies of the documents may also be inspected at Haverfordwest Lending Library, Dew Street, Haverfordwest during office hours (public holidays excepted).
If the Registration Authority is satisfied that the land described below qualifies for registration
as a town or village green, it will so register the land.
Any person wishing to object to the registration of the land as a town or village green should send a signed statement of the facts on which the objection is based to the Commons Registration Officer, Pembrokeshire County Council, County Hall, Haverfordwest, SA6I ITP on or before 22nd February 20I7.
Any statements that are to be taken into account by the Authority in reaching a decision on the
application cannot be treated as confidential and will be copied to the applicant for comment and may be disclosed to other interested parties.

Description of the land claimed to have qualified for registration as a town or
village green
Area of land situate to the north-west of the junction between Slade Lane and St. Martin's Park, Haverfordwest and known as 'The Green".
The application land is a level, triangular grassed area approximately 40 metres across at its widest extent and 0.07 hectares in area.
