TEMPORARY CLOSURE 401506 RECTORY LANE AVENING COTSWOLD DISTRICT

Gloucestershire County Council have made an order to temporarily close

under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) part of 401506

Rectory Lane from the junction with 3/271 Hampton Hill to the junction

with 401507 Old Hill, a total distance of approximately 150 metres

The reason for the closure is because the retaining wall supporting the

highway is in a very poor state of repair and requires taking down and

replacing, therefore excavation behind the wall is required

The road is expected to be closed on 3rd January 2017

until 17th February 2017 or until the works have been completed
