Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2010
The following planning applications are those affecting the setting of a Listed Building, a Conservation Area, a Public Right of Way, or major applications and are available to view on our website. Views relating to the planning applications listed below should be made by 19/01/2017 quoting the reference number. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: UC Footpath (Penny Lane/Blackthorn Mews), Chippenham; from its junction with Penny Lane to its junction with Blackthorn Mews to enable Wessex Water to repair a stop tap. Alternative route via Penny Lane - Hatherell Road - Blackthorn Mews and vice versa. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 23 January 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required for three days. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order will have a maximum duration of six months. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: (a) C67 Park Lane (Part), Garsdon, Lea & Cleverton; from its junction with C104 Pink Lane in a westerly direction for a distance of approximately 250m to enable Wessex Water to carry out a valve category trial hole. Alternative route via C67 Park Lane (unaffected length) - C103 Brickyard Hill - C104 Pink Lane and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 16 January 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required daily until 18 January 2017. For further information please contact

Alternative route via C394 Oxford Road - A3102 - C118 School Road/Lickhill Road and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 23 January 2017 and it is anticipated thatthe closure will be required dailybetween the hours of 08.00 and 18.00 until 10 March 2017. Seagry Road, Stanton St. Quintin; from its junction with A429 Malmesbury Road to its junction with UC Avils Lane to enable Wessex Water to carry out CIPP lining of a foul sewer following groundwater infiltration. Alternative route via C166 Avils Lane South East - C166 through Clanville to Scotland Hill - A429 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 23 January 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 27 January 2017.
