Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) (C2049 Bretforton Road, Honeybourne)
(30 Mph Speed Limit) Order 2016
On 15 December 2016 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to REDUCE the speed limit on the following length of road in Honeybourne to 30 miles per hour: C2049 Bretforton Road from a point 140 metres north west of its junction with UC45018 Green Close for a distance of 80 metres in a north westerly direction.
There are exemptions in the Order for Special Forces Vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 5 January 2017.
A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected at Wychavon District Council, Evesham Community Contact Centre, Abbey Road, Evesham, WR11 4SB, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours.
Council (District of Wychavon - Non-Urban Areas) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2004 (Variation) Order 2016 [Prohibition of Waiting on High Street and The Poplars, Badsey]
On 15 December 2016 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Badsey:
High Street (west side) from its junction with The Poplars for a distance of 10 metres in a northerly direction and 10 metres in a southerly direction. The Poplars (both sides) from its junction with High Street for a distance of 10 metres in a westerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles. The Order will come into operation on 5 January 2017.
A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected at Wychavon District Council, Evesham Community Contact Centre, Abbey Road, Evesham, Worcs., WR11 4SB and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours. The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.
