(City ofWorcester) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2011 (Variation) Order 2017 [Prohibition of Waiting on Amber Wharf, Worcester]
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides ofroad in Worcester:
Amber Wharf (both sides including end ofcul de sac) for its entire length.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles. A copyofthe draftOrder, relevantplan and StatementofReasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at Worcester City Council, Customer Service Centre, The Hive, Sawmill Walk, The Butts, Worcester, WR1 3PB, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours. Any objections/representations you may have must be sent in writing to me at County Hall or email roadtrafficregs@worcestershire.gov.uk to be received by 26 January 2017.
(Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2011 (Variation) Order 2016 [Experimental Revocation of No Loading and Unloading on New Street, Worcester]
On 22 December 2016 Worcestershire County Council made an Experimental Order the effectofwhich will be to revoke no loading and unloading Monday - Sunday 7.30am - 7.00pm on the following
length and side ofroad in Worcester:
New Street (eastside) from a point 27 metres north of its junction with Windsor Row for adistance of37 metres in anortherlydirection. The Experimental Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes.
The Experimental Order will come into operation on 12 January 2017 and remain in force for a maximum period of18 months. A copy of the Experimental Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Experimental Order may be inspected at Worcester City Council, Customer Service Centre, The Hive,
Sawmill Walk, The Butts, Worcester, WR1 3PB and County Hall,
Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours. The Experimental Order has been made to allow an assessmentofthe effect of the Order before a decision is taken to make it permanent. If you wish to object/make representations about the Order being made permanent you must do so in writing to me at County Hall or email roadtrafficregs@worcestershire.gov.uk by 12 July 2017 specifying the grounds on which they are made together with an indication of whether you would wish to address the restriction if given the opportunity.

On 15 December 2016 Worcestershire County Council made an
Order the effectofwhich will be to prohibit waiting at any time on
the following length and side ofroad in Worcester:
Topham Avenue (both sides) from a point 24 metres north of its
junction with Dugdale Drive for a distance of10metres in a northerly
direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles. The Order will come into operation on 5 Janaury 2017. A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected at Worcester City Council, Customer Service Centre, The Hive, Sawmill Walk, The Butts, Worcester, WR1 3PB and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours.
The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) (U54000 Oldbury Road, Worcester)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017
The Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order to close that part of U54000 Oldbury Road, Worcester, from its junction with U54130 Woodstock Road to its junction with U54133 Laugherne Road in order to facilitate Severn Trent works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: - U54130 Woodstock Road, U54321 Windsor Avenue, U54133 Laugherne Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day: Commencing: 22 January 2017.
(U51306 Tunnel Hill, Worcester)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 The Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order to close that part of U51306 Tunnel Hill, Worcester, from its junction with B4550 Astwood Road to its junction with U51312 Hollymount Road in order to facilitate carriageway pre-surface dressing works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highwayaffected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: - B4550 Astwood Road, B4550 Rainbow Hill, B4550 Lowesmoor Terrace, B4205 Lowesmoor Place, B4637 Tolladine Road, U51312 Hollymount Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days (within a 3 week period): Commencing: 23 January 2017.
(C2228 Shelsley Beauchamp)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 The Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order to close that part of C2228 Shelsley Beauchamp, from its junction with C2229 Shelsley Beauchamp for a distance of 250 metres in a north westerly direction in order to facilitate Severn Trentworks.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highwayaffected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: - C2228 Shelsley Beauchamp, C2026 Shelsley
Walsh, C2026 Stanford Bridge, B4203 Stanford Bridge, C2228 Pard
House Lane, C2228 Shelsley Beauchamp and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days:
Commencing: 24 January 2017.
(C2086 Hadley Heath to Ladywood Road, Ladywood)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017
The Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order to close that part of C2086 Hadley Heath to Ladywood Road, Ladywood, from a point 20 metres either side of canal bridge BR2621 in order to facilitate bridge inspection works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highwayaffected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: - C2086 Hadley Heath to Ladywood Road, U41200 Porters Mill Lane, C2138 Dilmore Lane, U41006 Lower Town, U41006 Kennels Lane, U41008 Station Road, C2139 Ladywood Road, C2086 Hadley Heath to Ladywood Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day: Commencing: 25 January 2017.

Order 2017
The Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order to close that part of C2138 Dilmore Lane, Fernhill Heath, from a point 20 metres either side of canal bridges BR2622 and BR2621 in order to facilitate bridge inspection works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highwayaffected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: - C2138 Dilmore Lane, U41006 Lower Town,
U41006 Kennels Lane, U41008 Station Road, C2139 Ladywood Road, C2086 Hadley Heath to Ladywood Road, U41200 Porters Mill Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day: Commencing: 25 January 2017.
