(Wyre Forest District - Kidderminster area) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2007 (Variation) Order 2016 [Prohibition of Waiting on Hoobrook Link Road, Kidderminster] On 15 December 2016 Worcestershire County Council made an Order Order giving permanent effect to an Experimental Order made on 31 March 2016 the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at anytimeon thefollowinglengthsand sidesofroadsin Kidderminster: Silverwood Way (both sides) from its junction with A451 Stourport Road for a distance of 350 metres in an easterly direction; from a point 395 metres east of its junction with A451 Stourport Road to a point 320 metres west of its junction with A442 Worcester Road. Felix Baxter Drive (both sides) from its junction with Silverwoods Way for a distance of 10 metres in a northerly direction. Crosbie Grove (both sides) from its junction with Silverwoods Way for a distance of 10 metres in a southerly direction. Clement Dalley Drive (both sides) from its junction with Silverwoods Way for a distance of 7 metres in a southerly direction. Wyre Forest Leisure Centre Access (both sides) from its junction with Silverwoods Way for a distance of 10 metres in a northerly direction. Weir Crescent (both sides) from its junction with Silverwoods Way for a distance of 8 metres in an easterly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles. The Order will come into operation on 5 January 2017. A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected at Wyre Forest District Council, Customer Service Centre, Vicar Street, Kidderminster, DY10 1DB, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours.
The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made,

Order 2017
The Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order to close that part of C2195 Heightington Road, Bewdley, from its junction with Park End to its junction with U10012Jennings Wood Lane in orderto facilitate BT works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highwayaffected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

The Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order to close that part of U11301 Lichfield Street, Stourport on Severn, from its junction with U11302 Severn Road to its junction with U11300 Mart Lane in order to facilitate footway reconstruction and kerbing works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

The Council have made an Order to close that part of Bigbury Lane, Stourport on Severn, from its junction with Wilden Top Road to its junction with C2172 Wilden Lane in order to facilitate Severn Trent works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highwayaffected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2172 Wilden Lane, Hillary Road, Wilden Top Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days: Commencing: 4 January 2017.

Order 2016
The Council have made an Order to close that part of U11400 Kingsway, Stourport on Severn, from its junction with U11401 Torridon Close to its junction with A451 Minster Road in order to facilitate Severn Trentworks.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highwayaffected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: A451 Minster Road, B4195 Worcester Street, B4195 Bewdley Road, B4195 Bewdley Road, North, U11400 Burlish Crossing. The National Cycle Route to be diverted from U11400 Kingswayto U11412 Windermere Way.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 Months: Commencing: 3 January 2017.
(U10501 Park Lane, Bewdley)(Temporary Closure) Order 2016 The Council have made an Order to close that part of U10501 Park Lane, Bewdley, from its junction with Barratts Stile Lane to its junction with Rosenhurst Drive in orderto facilitate drainage works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highwayaffected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U10501 Park Lane, B4190 Load Street, B4190 Welch Gate, U10512 Merricks Lane, U10511 Wyre Hill, U10509 Birch Tree Road U1051 Park Lane and vice versa.
