RE: JEAN ANN LEES DECEASED

PURSUANT to the Trustee Act 1925 Section 27 NOTICE IS GIVEN that all creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of JEAN ANN LEES late of 5 Freemantle Drive, Kempsey, Worcester WR5 3SE who died on the 15th April 2016, letters of administration to whose estate were granted on 9th December 2016 out of the Oxford District Probate Registry of the Family Division of the High Court to CHRISTOPHER LEES (the Administrator) are required

to send particulars in writing to the undersigned solicitors whose address is SCAIFF LLP 23 FOREGATE STREET

WORCESTER WR1 1DN on or before 22nd February 2017

after which date the Administrator will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to

them having regard only to the claims of which they have had

notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons
