(BUS LANE CLOSURE), ORDER 2017

Darlington Borough Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under the provisions of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to:

Suspend the part of inbound bus and taxi lane from the rail station access road to Hargreave Terrace from Schedule 30.03 Darlington Borough Council (Moving Traffic) Consolidation Order 2012)

The order is necessary to accommodate works to the adjacent footway.

The maximum duration of the temporary closure under this Order is 18 months commencing from 9th January 2017, it is anticipated that the closure will be effective for 13weeks.
