Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development at Borsdane Farm, Jacks Lane, Westhoughton, Bolton, BL5 2DL.

I give notice that Gary Hoerty Associates, on behalf of Jason Entwistle, has applied to Bolton Metropolitan Borough Council and Wigan Metropolitan Borough Council for planning permission for the erection of three poultry buildings, a building to store a biomass boiler and associated equipment, the formation of a new hardstanding and use of an existing access at Borsdane Farm. Any owner* of land who wishes to make representations about this application should do so in writing within 21 days of the date of this notice to Bolton Council, Town Hall, Bolton, BL1 1RU or Wigan Council, PO Box 100,

Wigan, WN1 3DS.
