The Borough of Weymouth and Portland (Waiting Restrictions) (Consolidation) Order 2011, (Amendment Order No. ,201') Dorchester Road and Miles Gardens, Weymouth - Prohibition of Waiting
Dorset County Council proposes to make an Amendment Order to 'The The Borough of Weymouth and Portland (Waiting Restrictions) (Consolidation) Order 2011' under relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ('the Act') and of the Traffic Management Act 2004 and of The Local Authorities' Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996 and of all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with statutory requirement and in compliance with the 1996 Regulations. The effect of the Orderwill be to introduce new or amend existing parking restrictions in Dorchester Road and Miles Gardens, Upwey in Weymouth. Relevant exemptions will apply where appropriate and as necessary in accordance with the provisions of the Order.
