The application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority, Town Hall Brighton Street Wallasey Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm (Wednesdays from 10am). Any person wishing to make representations on this application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority no later than 11 January 2017.
