For planning permission to Outline Planning Application for a mixed use development to provide up to 220 dwellings, up to 60 extra care units (C2), employment uses (up to 2,490 sq metres of B1 business uses), open space and landscaping including children's play, new vehicular and pedestrian access, community orchard, parking, expansion of leisure centre car park, engineering (including ground modelling) works, site reclamation (including
demolition) and infrastructure (including cycle and pedestrian
connections) and that the application is accompanied by an environmental statement.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which
the application relates is situated.
