Notice is hereby given that I Jasper Peter Lee Perry have made an application on 8th December 2016 to Warrington Borough Council for a New Premises Licence at A La Turka Lounge, 4a & 4b Victoria Buildings, Grappenhall Road, Stockton Heath, Warrington, WA4 2AG for the following licensable activities: Live Music, Recorded Music, Dance, Late Night Refreshment & Sale of Alcohol. Representations to this application must be made in writing by the end of 5th January 2017 to the Licensing Section, Warrington Borough Council, New Town House, Buttermarket Street, Warrington, WA1 2NH. The register of licensing applications can be inspected at the above address between 09.00 and 16.00 Monday to Friday or at www.warrington.gov. uk. It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which is £5000.
