Herefordshire Council Notice of Making
The County of Herefordshire District Council, known as Herefordshire Council, made the HEREFORDSHIRE COUNCIL PUBLIC FOOTPATH BM7 BODENHAM, (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2016 which temporarily closes Public Footpath BM7 from OS Grid Reference SO 5283, 5061 to SO 5284, 5050. The closure is required because of an unsafe staircase. The alternative route is via public footpath BM6 and the U71622. The Order came into operation on 21 December 2016 and will continue in force for a period not exceeding six months (unless extended by the Secretary of State) or until any said works have been completed, (whichever is the earlier), or until determined by Herefordshire Council.
