Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant.

Proposed 134 house residential development at land to North of 25 Dalbeath Gardens, Hill of Beath, Fife .

A public meeting will be held at the Hill of Beath Community Centre, Main Street, Hill Of Beath, KY4 8DP on the 3rd of March 2016 between 12:30pm and 6:30pm. Persons wishing to make comments on the proposal should do so by writing to Keepmoat Homes, 3-5 Cambuslang Way Cambuslang, Glasgow G32 8ND. This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Fife Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application (or applications) is/are subsequently submitted to Fife Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations.
