TAKE NOTICE that I GAIL MARTIN of 31 Enniskillen Road, Irvinestown, County Fermanagh, a Director in the Company of Woodhill Hospitality Limited, intend at the Magistrates Court sitting at Enniskillen on 9th January 2017 at 10.30 am to apply for the transfer to Woodhill Hospitality Ltd of a Licence at present held by Woodhill Hunting Lodge Limited of Derrynanny, Irvinestown, County Fermanagh, BT94 1QA, for the premises at the Hunting Lodge, Derrynanny, Irvinestown, County Fermanagh being premises of the following kind according to the Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1996:
5(1) (a) premises in which the
business carried on under the licence is the business of selling intoxicating liquor by retail for consumption either in or off the premises.
A Protection Order authorising Woodhill Hospitality Limited to carry on the business under the licence was granted on the 10th October 2016 by the Magistrates Court sitting at Enniskillen on 10th October 2016 for the period of six months from the date of the Order.
The owner of the premises is Woodhill Hospitality Limited.
The licence will be deposited with the Clerk of Petty Sessions before or at the hearing of the application.
