Notice is hereby given that Warrington Borough Council, in exercise of its powers under Sections 53 and 70 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976, has determined that the fees charged for the licensing of Taxi and Private Hire Vehicles and miscellaneous fees should vary as specified below. Please note that the fees will be introduced over a 3 year period.
