Notice of application for Hazardous Substances Consent.
I give notice that HW Coates Ltd is applying to Cheshire West & Chester Council for hazardous substances consent for the storage of products classified as acute toxic (Cat H1) 50 tonnes; acute toxic (Cat H2) 200 tonnes; explosives (Cat P1a) 13 tonnes; flammable liquids (Cat P5a) 100 tonnes; self-reactive substances and organic peroxides (Cat P6b) 85 tonnes; environmental hazard (Cat E1) 2000 tonnes; and environmental hazard (Cat E2) 3000 tonnes at HW Coates Ltd, Middlewich Road, Byley, Middlewich, Cheshire, CW10 9NT. These are primarily amendments to existing consents due to regulation changes. You may wish to inspect a copy of the application at Middlewich Library, Lewin Street, Middlewich, Cheshire, CW10 9AS within 21 days of this notice. If you wish to make representations about this application you should write to Cheshire West & Chester Council, Planning Services, Wyvern House, The Drumber, Winsford, Cheshire, CW7 1AH within 21 days of this notice.
