An application has been made to the

Licensing Authority for Swindon for the grant

of a Premises License by Justin Britchford in

respect of The Ridge Bar and Grill,

Shaw Ridge Leisure Park, Whitehill Way

Swindon SN5 7DN.

The application seeks the following

licensable activities and times:

Sale by Retail of Alcohol for consumption

on the premises

Monday to Sunday 11:00 to 23:30hrs Provision of regulated entertainment including live music, recorded music and anything of a similar description Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 00:00hrs Provision of late night refreshment Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 00:00hrs Opening Hours of the premises Monday to Sunday 11:00 to 00:00hrs The application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon SN1 2JH (licensing@swindon.gov.uk) between 09.00hrs and 16.30hrs on weekdays. Responsible authorities, (e.g Police and Fire Brigade), and/or Other persons (e.g. people / businesses living or working within the vicinity) can make representations at any time between 06/12/2016 and 02/01/2017. All representations must be made in writing (including email or fax) It is an offence for anyone to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application. The maximum fine on conviction is £5,000.
