Wintringham Community Hall Management Committee Wintringham Community Hall, Wintringham, Malton, YO17 8HX. Application has been made on the 19th December 2016 for a Premises Licence under the above Act at the above premises as follows:- The provision of regulated entertainment each day between the hours of 09:00 and 23:30. On New Years Eve between the hours of 09:00 and 00:30. The premises to be open to the public each day between the hours of 09:00 and 23:30. On New Years Eve between the hours of 09:00 and 01:00. A record of this application may be inspected within the Ryedale District Council Register kept at the address shown below. Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District Council, Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton, YO17 7ZG (www.ryedale.gov.uk) within 28 days of the date of the application shown above (ie by the 16th of January 2017). It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Maximum penalty £5,000.
