TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990
The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highway (Yorkshire and The Humber) (No. 43) Order 2016" authorising the stopping up of the whole of the network of unnamed highways bounded by Courtney House, the eastern arm of Trenton Drive, Green Lane, Back Southfield Square, Salt Street and the Back of Salt Street; excluding two lengths of unnamed highway which runs to the west of Laburnam Place and the whole of Trenton Drive at Bradford in the City of Bradford to enable development as permitted by Bradford Metropolitan District Council, reference 13/04679/MAF.
Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gsi.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/Y&H/S247/1414) and may be inspected during normal opening hours at Oak Lane Post Office, Oak Lane, Bradford, BD8 7SP
Any person aggrieved by or desiring to question the validity of or any provision within the Order, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement or regulation made has not been complied with, may, within 6 weeks of 19 December 2016 apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision included
