Application for the Variation of a Premises Licence We Oaxaca Limited of Wahaca, 160-161 North Street,
Brighton BN1 1EZ have submitted an application for the variation of a premises licence to Brighton & Hove City Council in the county of East Sussex.

The record of the application may also be inspected at this address between usual office hours Monday - Friday by appointment only.

The relevant Licensing activities which it is intended to provide at the premises are:-
- Supply of Alcohol - Monday - Saturday 10:00 -00:00; Sunday 10:00 - 23:30;
- Late Night Refreshment - Monday - Saturday 23:00 - 00:00; Sunday 23:00 - 23:30;
- (Non-standard Timings to extend to 02:30 on New Year's Eve).

Interested parties and responsible authorities may make written representation to the relevant Licensing Authority by 24 March 2016 such representation shall be made in writing to:
