Notice to creditors and beneficiaries
Newsquest (Clyde & Forth Press) Limited (previously Clyde & Forth Press Limited), the Principal Employer of the Scheme, and the Trustee of the Scheme (the "Trustee") hereby give notice that winding up of the Scheme commenced on 8 December 2016.
Any person who believes that he or she has a claim against, or entitlement to, a pension or any benefit or interest in the Scheme is asked to contact:

Claimants should provide full details of their claim or entitlement (along with their full name, current address, date of birth and period of employment) to the Trustee no later than 16 February 2017.
After this date, the Trustee will proceed to finalise the winding up of the Scheme and secure benefits for any remaining beneficiaries, only regarding the claims and interests of which he has prior notice. The Trustee shall not be liable to any person who has not given notice of his or her claim or demand.
Any person who has been contacted by the Trustee, who has made a claim and received a response, or who is currently receiving a pension from the Scheme need not re-apply.
