PURSUANT to the Trustee Act 1925 NOTICE is given that all creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of MR ROBERT ALEXANDER McDOWELL late of 18 Lynwood Avenue, Langley, Slough SL3 7BH., who died on the 26th day of December 2015 and Grant of Probate to whose Estate was granted on 14th day of September 2016 out of The Probate Registry of Winchester to send particulars in writing to the undersigned solicitors on or before 2 months from the date of advertisement., after which date the said Executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands they then have not had notice.
