SOUTH LAKELAND DISTRICT COUNCIL TOWN POLICE CLAUSES ACT 1847
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that to facilitate the Made in Cumbria Kendal Market Place Christmas Celebration the South Lakeland District Council has made the under­mentioned Order. THE DIVERSION OF TRAFFIC, KENDAL (MADE IN CUMBRIA KENDAL MARKET PLACE CHRISTMAS CELEBRATION) ORDER 2016 THE DISTRICT COUNCIL of SOUTH LAKELAND in the County of Cumbria under and by virtue of the powers contained in Section 21 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847 DO HEREBY ORDER THAT:-
Those streets in Kendal specified in the First Schedule hereto shall be closed to all vehicles save those vehicles involved in the Made in Cumbria Kendal Market Place Christmas Celebration and emergency vehicles during the period 6.00am to 5.00pm on Friday, 23rd December 2016. Use of the disabled bays in Market Place will be suspended from 6.00am to 5.00pm.
The alternative routes to be observed by all vehicles other than those mentioned above shall be as specified in the Second Schedule hereto.
THIS ORDER may be cited as "The Diversion of Traffic, Kendal (Made in Cumbria Kendal Market Place Christmas Celebration) Order 2016".
