Notice is hereby given that on 12 December 2016, the Council made THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (SOUTH BUCKS DISTRICT) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2014 (AMENDMENT NO.8) ORDER 2016 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order, which comes into operation on 16 December 2016, is to introduce waiting restrictions in certain lengths of Minniecroft Road, Gore Road and Wilmot Road, Burnham. A copy of the Order and plans showingthe lengths ofroad referred to, witha copy of the Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected during normal opening hours at County Hall, Aylesbury and Burnham Library. Details are available on the Council's website. If you believe the Order is invalid because it does not comply with the legal requirements, you can apply to the High Court by 23 January 2017.
Buckinghamshire County Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle to wait in the length ofApproach Road, Taplow, on the south side ofthe Approach Road from a point approximately 31 metres to the west of its junction with Station Road for a distance of approximately 50 metres in awesterly direction. The restrictions are necessaryin the interest ofpublicsafetyand to facilitate access for the rail replacement buses. This will come in to operation on the 24 December 2016. Penalties for not observing these restrictions will be as prescribed by
the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Road Traffic Act 1991 and the Traffic Management Act 2004. Dated 7 December 2016
