I give notice that Opes Industries Limited (In Administration), Finmere Quarry, Banbury Road, Finmere, Oxfordshire, MK18 4AJ is applying to Oxfordshire County Council for the continuation of development without complying with conditions A1, A3, A22 and A33 of planning permission reference 10/01516/CM to provide for an extension of the life of the development of the consented extension to Finmere Quarry by five years, revisions to night-time noise limits and sensitive receptor properties, the removal of the requirement for straw bale screening along the south eastern site boundary and the removal ofthe requirement for straw bale screening in the north of the site with the screening provided instead by soil storage bunds at Finmere Quarry, Banbury Road, Finmere,Oxfordshire, MK18 4AJ.
