I give notice that Controlled Reclamation (Oxford) Ltd, Knightsbridge Farm, Woodstock Road, Yarnton, Oxfordshire, OX5 1PH is applying to Oxfordshire County Council for the continuation of development without complying with Conditions 1, 2, 3, 4, 9 and 11 of Planning Permission no. 15/02045/PDC in order to revise the levels of the approved landform; to allow importation of topsoil (and/or materials suitable for topsoil manufacture); to provide for additional time to complete final restoration and landscaping of the site; and for consequential amendment to the aftercare details at Controlled Reclamation Landfill Site, Dix Pit, Stanton Harcourt, Witney, OX29 5BB.
