Licensing Act 2003 Notice of Application for a Variation of Premises Licence
Notice is given that Estell Limited has applied to Bournemouth Borough Council on 7/12/16 fora variation to the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 in relation to:
Name of Premises: The Grove Tavern I Address: 27 Southbourne Grove, Southbourne BH6 3QS
The following variation is proposed to the licensable activities together with the submission of a revised plan of the premises. The hours remain the same except for the following -To increase the hours for the Sale of I Alcohol from 00:00 to 01:00 on Friday and Saturday only. To increase the hours for the following regulated entertainment on Friday and Saturday only, Films, Recorded music and Activity like I Music/Dance from 00:30 to 01:30. Live music from 23:00 to 00:00. To increase the hours to provide Late Night Refreshment from 00:30 to 01:00 hours on Fridayand Saturday. To increase the Non Standard timings by one hour on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday of a Bank Holiday weekend and by one hour on Christmas Eve and Boxing Day. To amend the opening hours of the premises as follows - from 00:30 to 01:30 hours on Friday and Saturday. Also, on Sunday from 12 noon to 11:00 hours. Also, to increase the opening hours for Non Standard timings byonehour. To amend the approved plan to confirm I the area where licensable activities may take place. To amend the current conditions. Also, to provide addition conditions in order to promote the Public Nuisance Licensing Objective.

Representations must be received no laterthan 04 /01 /2017. The Application Record may be I viewed between 9:00 am and 16:00 pm Monday to Friday at the above address.
Under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly, make a false statemenn in connection with an appllcatton. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary convictton is up to £5000 (level 5 on the standard scale).
