Herefordshire Council Notice of Continuation
The County of Herefordshire District Council, known as Herefordshire Council, made the HEREFORDSHIRE COUNCIL PUBLIC FOOTPATH MM15 MUCH MARCLE, (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2016 which temporarily closes Public Footpath MM15 at OS Grid Reference SO 6470, 3543. The closure is required because of a damaged footbridge. There is no alternate route. Queries on this proposal may be directed to Balfour Beatty Rights of Way tel: 01432 349512. The Order continues in force from 16 December 2016 for a period not exceeding 12 months (unless extended by the Secretary of State) or until any said works have been completed, (whichever is the earlier), or until determined by Herefordshire Council.
